I’m very excited to have this work in the At Each Coed exhibition at Pontio, Bangor University.
It refers to the story in the Welsh saga, the Mabinogion, of Prince Cynon who fought the Black Knight all night, while the magical birds sung on a bare tree. A story with an environmental message, for man’s intervention has made the leaves fall, but nature continues.
